An excursion to Lake Naivasha for the day
Overview
Naivasha Lake.
This region, which is about 1.5 hours outside of the heart of Nairobi, is a refuge from the chaos of the city where many 3rd and 4th generation British colonialists still live. Even if you’ve been on safari before, Crescent Island is a lovely place to explore. Being able to actually walk alongside giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, impalas, and other animals makes it special.
A Day Trip Visit to Lake Naivasha & Environs
After breakfast, depart Nairobi and travel through the great rift valley escarpment, passing by the smallest Catholic Chapel constructed by the Italians, and arrive at Lake Naivasha in plenty of time for the day’s activities.
Afternoon for rest or sightseeing

• Hells gate National Reserve: USD 40 Per Person. The only reserve in Kenya where you can enjoy game viewing while on a Bicycle.
