With round-trip transportation from Arusha, this 2-day small-group tour to Tarangire National Park and Ngorongoro Crater will give you a new viewpoint on Tanzania. Fees, meals, and lodging are all included in the cost, allowing you to spend more time with your safari guide exploring the two natural areas in search of lions, elephants, and other wildlife.
Itinerary
Day 1 – Arusha to Tarangire
Pickup at 8:30 AM from your Arusha hotel, then travel to Tarangire National Park for a full day of game viewing with a picnic lunch. The majestic baobab trees that dot Tanzania’s third-largest national park are renowned for dwarfing the creatures that forage beneath them. The Tarangire River serves as the park’s focal point and is home to some of Africa’s biggest elephant herds. Lion, leopard, cheetah, lesser kudu, bison, oryx, eland, giraffe, and zebra may be present here. After the wildlife drive, you’ll return to your camp or lodge, where a delectable dinner is waiting for you.

Day 2 – Ngorongoro Crater Tour to Arusha
You will commence early on the final day of your safari. After a quick breakfast, you’ll start your early morning descent into the crater bottom at around 6:30 AM. The biggest intact, inactive, and empty volcanic caldera in the world is the Ngorongoro Crater. It has a huge floor area of about 260 square kilometers and a depth of more than 2000 feet. You will see a lot of wildlife activity during the five-hour game drive on the crater floor. Keeping the digicam at the ready is unquestionably advised. There are numerous African elephants, bison, black rhinoceroses, hippos, hyenas, cheetahs, and lions. After eating a picnic lunch at the lovely Hippo pool, you will start the ascent to the crater’s upper exit. There is still a four-hour journey to get to Arusha at the end of your safari. By 6:00 PM, you will be dropped off at the Arusha spot of your choice. It is now time to say farewell to your team after an amazing experience and a ton of memories.
